Camps And Activities

We are the only company in Futaleufú with several private camps that creates a perfect and unique experience. Away from roads and vehicles, enjoying the remoteness of green Patagonia and the best location you can wish for.

Private Camps

Terminator

Built alongside one of the most challenging and famous rapids on the river: Terminator. Its outdoor cabanas are built overlooking the rapid along its 800 meters of length, allowing us to feel all the power and greatness of the Futaleufú. In addition, a spectacular hot tub invites us to relax by the riverside.

Cave Camp

Right by the river, this camp is built between the rocks. Endless trails lead us to discover its secrets: the blue lagoon for swimming or kayaking, the hidden beach, the stone cave, two hot tubs (one of them created by a depression on the granite carved out by the river). It is also the perfect scenario for activities, such as rock climb to reach one of the most spectacular views of the area, rappel down a 100-meter wall, cross a tyrolean suspended over the most dramatic rapid on the river, among others.

Tree House

Have you always dreamed of having a tree house? This camp will make your dreams come true, with its rustic construction built on trees 10 meters from the ground and connected to each other by a series of bridges. As a hidden gem, Tree Houses sits at the top of a mountain with a unique natural lake. There, we can enjoy the lakeside hot tub, kayaking, or hiking up to Condor Hill where you can usually see these spectacular birds that with their outstretched wings can measure up to 3,5 meters.

The Nuns

This camp gives us a privileged view of the most iconic natural feature of Futaleufu, “Las Monjas” (The Nuns) mountain. Being close to the river and placed at a high cliff allows us to connect with the surroundings and experience the majesty of the area. Its hot tub and outdoor cabanas are built on the hillside facing the river and filling our experience with the beauty of this amazing place. In addition, there is also the possibility for a swim or a kayak lesson on the small lake that decorates the hillside.

Lago Las Rosas Camp

An additional camp for those that like to camp under the stars. Just beside Las Rosas lake and accessible only by foot, this camp offers us the chance to enjoy the closeness of the lake and the power of nature surrounding us.

Multisport
Activities

Rafting

One of the best whitewater rafting rivers in the world. With rapids that goes from class 3 to 5+ and more than 30 rapids that run for over 45 km long, the Futaleufú is perfect for beginners and experts. More than 30 years running trips in the area gave us the expertise to identify with certainty the different actions to take according to the river level.

Trekking

The most traditional mean of transportation will take us through places with practically no man intervention. Paths only accessible by foot will lead us to new sceneries, unveiling the beauty of Green Patagonia.

Climbing & Rappel

A climb to a rock formation with one of the most amazing panoramic views of the valley. At the top, the “knife edge” will take us to the edge of the rock, to contemplate the magnificence of Patagonia. Later, a 100 meters rappel will take us down a wall with an unbelievable scenery at our backs.

Kayaking

Inflatable boats with great stability will give us the chance to paddle our own kayaks down the river. The Espolón river, The El Azul River or even The Futaleufú River are the possible scenarios to trained and enjoy (one of our guides can also accompany you).

Tyrolean

We cross the Futaleufú River with a pulley system suspended over “Zeta,” the most dramatic rapid of the river.

Canyoneering

A traverse against the current of Arroyo Blanco (White Creek) that runs through a white granite canyon with crystalline water. Teamwork will take us all the way up to a waterfall.

Cliff-Jumping

Jumping into the river from different altitudes. Four, eight, and twelve meters high will give us the excitement of a free fall.

Zip-line

We will “zip” across the Futaleufu River through a pulley system flying through the air and sliding over the river.

Outriggers

Hawaiian competition boats will take us across Espolón Lake. With a capacity of two to four passengers per boat and length of 7,5 meters, can reach a speed of 15 km/hr. You will enjoy the greatness of the lake and its surrounding from a whole different perspective.

Horseback riding

Different paths, different terrains, and experienced local guides to travel through the valley.
